What you send us

The contact form, the chat assistant and the Project details voice notes carry whatever you type or record: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you want and the brief itself. We use it to answer you and to price and deliver the work.

Client accounts

The "My requests" panel is optional. If you sign up, your email address and a protected password are stored with our account provider, Supabase, together with the requests you send so you can read them again and re-order. You may add a phone number and confirm it by text message; that number is used only to contact you about your own requests.

Payments

Card and mobile money payments are taken by Paystack inside their own secure checkout. BrownHub receives the item, the amount and a payment reference. Card numbers, PINs and bank details never pass through this website and we never store them.

Where information goes

Form submissions are relayed to our email by FormSubmit. Accounts and request history live with Supabase. Payments are processed by Paystack. Text messages are delivered through the SMS provider configured by Supabase. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and keeps data under its own terms.

Storage on your device

This site saves two small preferences in your browser: the language you picked and whether you want the dark or light theme. Nothing else is kept on your device, and this site sets no advertising cookies of its own.

Deleting your information

Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and the requests attached to it. Enquiries sent through the contact form can be removed from our mailbox on request.
