Website & software engineering

Software your business runs on, built by the studio that drew your brand

We design and code business websites, online catalogs, booking tools, client accounts, payment checkouts and internal dashboards — then host them, secure them and keep them running. All of it written by hand in Accra, none of it a page builder.

Develop it properly. Secure it. Hand it over.

Three things we hold ourselves to on every build.

Design comes before code

The interface is drawn in your brand and approved by you before a line of production code is written, so the build is following a decision rather than inventing one.

Security is part of the build

Row-level data access, secrets kept server-side, a content policy that blocks injected script, and spam gates on every form. How we do it is written down in full on our security page.

You keep the keys

Your own domain, your own logins, your own hosting account and the source files. The site works with us gone, and it stays yours if you take it elsewhere.

What we engineer

Eight kinds of build

Each one is designed and coded in-house, then delivered live with support behind it.

Business websites & landing pages

A page that explains what you do and drives one clear action — call, message or buy — with structured markup so search engines and AI assistants read it correctly.

Online catalogs & booking tools

Products, prices and availability kept in one place, with enquiries landing straight in your WhatsApp or your inbox.

Web apps & internal dashboards

Tools for the work behind the counter: records, forms, stock, staff logins and reports that answer in seconds instead of a notebook.

Client accounts & secure login

A private area where each customer signs in with a phone code, sees their own history and re-orders — with nobody able to see anyone else's rows.

Payments & checkout

Card, mobile money and Apple Pay through Paystack, settled straight into your own account, with the order recorded the moment it settles.

AI assistants & automation

A chat assistant that answers clients in their own language, takes the order, and hands a human the whole conversation when it is out of its depth.

Installable web apps

Your site added to a phone's home screen, opening full screen and working offline. This page installs that way — open the browser menu on your phone and choose Add to Home Screen.

Hosting, maintenance & support

We keep it online, patched and quick, take the backups, and change the wording, the prices and the pages as the business moves.

We run our own shop on our own software

The easiest way to judge a build is to look at what the builders use themselves. Everything below is live on this site right now, serving real orders.

  • Twenty-four catalog items with their own photographs, prices and order buttons
  • Client accounts that sign in with a code by text and keep each request
  • Card, mobile money and Apple Pay checkout that settles to the studio's own bank
  • A chat assistant that answers, prices and hands the conversation to a person on WhatsApp
  • Voicemail notes turned into playable audio before they reach an inbox
  • Every page rewritten by hand into forty languages, right-to-left included
  • An offline mode and a home-screen install, so it behaves like an app
  • A strict content security policy, spam gates and hidden traps on every form

Our approach

Five steps, and what each one leaves you

No step starts before the last one is agreed, and every one of them has something you can hold.

  1. 1

    Needs assessment

We look at the business, the sites you compete with and what a customer should manage in the first minute on your page.

Deliverables A written quote listing what is included, the price in Ghana cedis and the expected turnaround.

  2. 2

    Design & prototype

Pages are laid out in your brand — type, colour, spacing, wording — and you approve the look before the build starts.

Deliverables Page-by-page design you can read and comment on, mobile layout included.

  3. 3

    Build & integrate

Front end coded by hand, data and logins set up, payments, messaging and WhatsApp wired to your own numbers and accounts.

Deliverables A working preview address you can open on your own phone.

  4. 4

    Test & deploy

Checked on real phones, timed on a modest data plan, forms and payments run end to end, then pointed at your domain.

Deliverables The site live on your address, with the security layer and the analytics in place.

  5. 5

    Handover & support

Logins, files and plain guidance on changing it yourself, then hosting, updates, backups and small changes as you grow.

Deliverables Every credential and source file, held by you, not by us.

How it is built

The parts under the page

Chosen because they are dependable and affordable to run in Ghana, not because they are fashionable.

Interface

Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No page builder, no plugin stack to expire, nothing that phones home to a licence server.

Data & accounts

A managed Postgres database with row-level security, so a signed-in client can only ever read their own records. Login by phone code or email.

Server side

Small edge functions for the work that must not happen in the browser: signing payments, holding API keys, relaying messages.

Payments & messaging

Paystack for card, mobile money and Apple Pay; SMS codes for login; WhatsApp deep links so an order can continue in a chat.

Delivery

Static hosting on a global content network, a service worker for offline use, and a manifest so the site installs to a home screen.

Quality & care

Contrast checked to AA in both themes, motion that stops when the visitor asks for it, backups taken, and every page measured for errors after each change.

Who we build for

The businesses already on our books

Sector names taken from the clients we have actually worked for, not from a marketing list.

  • Print & publishingPrint shops, book designers and binders who need orders and artwork files handled in one place.
  • Churches & ministriesEvent pages, programmes, giving and media archives that a volunteer can update.
  • Corporate & institutionsCompany profiles, staff forms, records and internal reports.
  • Consumer brandsProduct catalogs, stockists and checkout that reaches a Ghanaian wallet.
  • Health & wellnessBooking, reminders and a client area that keeps each person's own history.
  • Schools & trainingAdmissions, timetables and results pages built for phones on a modest data plan.

Why choose us

Six things we will not trade away

We listen before we build

Consultation is free and the quote names exactly what is included. Nobody starts coding a brief they have not repeated back to you.

One studio for the brand and the build

The logo, the flyer, the packaging and the website come from the same hands, so the screen does not reinterpret what the print already settled.

We take security personally

Secrets stay on the server, forms are gated against bots, and what we do and do not collect is written in plain words on our privacy page.

It has to work on a Ghanaian data plan

Pages are measured on real phones and modest connections before they ship, because that is where your customers are opening them.

You are dealt with by a named person

Enquiries are answered by the studio itself on WhatsApp or email, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm Ghana time. No ticket queue.

The work is never held hostage

Your domain, your logins, your files. If you leave, the site keeps running and whoever takes over gets the whole thing.

What it costs

A number before any work starts

Website & software work on the enquiry form sits between

GH₵1,500 — GH₵8,500

and above that a larger system is quoted on its own. The figure is a band, not a rate card: the price is set by the number of pages, the features and whether the content already exists.

  • Consultation is free, and design jobs are normally quoted the same day
  • The quote lists what is included, the price in cedis and the expected turnaround
  • If sizes, quantity or the deadline change, the quote is revised before work continues
  • A message saying go ahead is enough — no signed contract is required
  • Pay by card, mobile money or transfer, and keep the files either way

Questions people ask

Before you commission a build

Quick answers on how the engineering side works.

Do you write the code, or assemble it from templates?

Written by hand. Templates and page builders are cheap on day one and expensive in year three, when the plugin you rely on stops being maintained. Hand-built pages carry nothing you did not ask for, which is also why they load quickly on a modest data plan.

Can you connect the tools I already use?

Usually yes. Payments through Paystack, orders into WhatsApp or email, records into a database your staff log in to, and links out to the platforms you already run. Send us the list of what is in place and the quote says which parts connect.

Will it work on a slow connection or an old phone?

That is a build requirement, not an afterthought. Pages are kept light, tested on real phones before launch, and given an offline mode so a weak signal shows you something useful instead of a blank screen.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do — the domain, the hosting account, every login and the source files. We hold copies while we maintain the site, and hand them over the day you ask for them.

How do you keep it secure?

Row-level access on the data, secrets kept on the server and never in the page, a content policy that refuses injected script, rate and bot gates on every form, and a published security page that states what we collect and what we never store.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the number of pages and features, and whether the content already exists. The date is part of the written quote, and if the brief changes the quote is revised before further work starts — nothing runs on and on without a number attached.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, updates, backups and small changes are what the support covers. Bigger work — a new module, a booking system, a client area — starts from a fresh quote, the same way the first build did.
